Refund Policy
TunnelBox Pro — one-time purchase
30-day unconditional refund. If TunnelBox Pro isn't right for
you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked,
no need to contact the author.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled directly by our payment processor, LemonSqueezy:
- Open your LemonSqueezy order confirmation email and click “Request a refund”, or
- Use the LemonSqueezy self-serve customer portal linked in that email.
Once submitted, LemonSqueezy processes the refund automatically. You'll typically receive the funds within 1–5 business days, depending on your card or PayPal provider. No author intervention is required.
LemonSqueezy enforces a platform refund-obligation window of 34 days, so requests made between day 31 and day 34 are still honored through the self-serve portal.
Refunds and your license
TunnelBox is designed to never “phone home,” so your Pro license is verified entirely offline on your own machine. As a deliberate consequence:

A refund does not revoke an already-issued license. Your
license.jsonkeeps working on your device after a refund — there is no remote kill-switch. This is an intentional, honest trade-off of the no-phone-home design and is stated in the EULA. - Renewal prompts and all other behavior remain identical to any other Pro user.
